By requesting a quote, using our website, applying to our representative program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide professional solar panel cleaning services in Florida and operate a referral program for independent sales representatives. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Quotes generated through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a final or binding price. The final price depends on the actual condition, size, and accessibility of your installation and will be confirmed before any work is performed. We are not responsible for pricing errors and may correct them at any time before you accept a confirmed quote.

• Service is scheduled by mutual arrangement after a quote is confirmed.
• Payment is due as stated in your confirmed quote or invoice.
• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the panels.
• If we cannot safely complete the work due to property conditions, weather, or access issues, we may reschedule.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated when you book; please contact us as early as possible.

When you use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including a property address you own or are authorized to act for;
• Ensure that anyone you refer, or who submits information on your behalf, has consented to be contacted;
• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

If you apply to and participate in our representative program, the following additional terms apply:

• Participation is subject to approval and to any separate agreement we provide during onboarding.
• Representatives are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Clear Sky, and may not bind Clear Sky to any obligation.
• Commissions are earned only on qualifying, completed, and paid jobs that are properly attributed to your referral link or code, as described in your onboarding materials.
• Commission rates, payment timing, and payment method may change, and we may withhold or reverse commissions for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unqualified jobs.
• Any earnings figures or examples we share are illustrative and are not a guarantee of income.
• You must represent Clear Sky honestly and comply with all applicable laws, including rules governing calls, texts, and marketing.
• We may suspend or end your participation at any time.

By providing your contact information and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Clear Sky and its representatives, including through automated technology, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Our website, including its content, logos, and branding, is owned by Clear Sky or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use our materials without our written permission, except as needed to use our services normally.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result will be achieved.
